Paislye

Lots of bribery to sit in Tammy's new chair and stay!!!!! She is the cutest!!!!!

This little miss gave us a workout on this shoot!!! Maybe because one year olds do what they want!

Preston and Hallee

OMG!!! She is beautiful!!
This one should go on the wall forever!!!!

These guys were so easy to shoot!!!!

I love this one!
Sweeeet!!!!!

Mike and Reba

I was glad to be able to shoot Mike and Reba. It is very thoughtful of them to consider getting their picture made for their family. Not something parents usually think about. These will make great Christmas gifts for their children and will be cherished forever I'm sure.

This one is one of my favs!!!

The Brooksher Family

Introducing the Brooksher family!

Trying to get a 3 year old to pose with his hands in his pockets was quite the task. Good thing Tara had brought candy along and stuffed it in his pockets.

Is this not the cutest little guy that you have ever seen?? He loves hats so this worked out great for the urban shots.

My Little Cowboy

My son, Spencer, makes a perfect male model that I love to practice on. I have to say, he makes quite a handsome cowboy. This particular shoot cost me a new black hat but it was well worth it because I ended up capturing the perfect look that I had envisioned!! I hope you like them!!

Kylie Ty Marie

This is my one-and-only granddaughter Kylie! She absolutely hates taking pictures but I have a few tricks up my sleeve in order to get her to be my little model. Let me just say she gets a lot of "surprises" from Wal-Mart. If she only knew how much she has helped me with my new passion for photography. I love to buy new little accessories for her to model in specific shoots. For instance, this adorable pink petti skirt. I have more props and trendy accessories that I can't wait to try out!!!

Only The Beginning...

First off... Welcome to my brand new blog!!! I have finally decided to get a blog started so I can display my photography in a very convenient way for all of you. I have been extremely overwhelmed with many friends and future clients anxiously awaiting their turn to book a session so I can photograph their precious children and families. This is all happening so quickly and I can barely keep my feet on the ground with all of the requests. So... here I am.

First things first, take a look at my style. I have established some rules for myself that helps me create the images that I want to portray. I am a non-traditional photographer that seeks a particular style that may not compliment everyone. It has taken some time for me to figure out the type of art that inspires me and that I love to capture. I have attended several workshops with other photographers that I have found online and their style truly captured my interests. I have found myself focusing a lot on location. Whether it be an old door in the alley, train tracks, or even a vintage chair in the middle of the weeds... the images that I capture continue to surprise me every time.

For those of you who personally know me, this is truly the beginning of a talent that I have most recently discovered in myself. My confidence is slowly growing and I have become very prideful in the images and art that I have created thus far. I hope that you continue to follow my blog and help me share my passion for photography. Enjoy!!!
